Kompetencijos gildija, Ltd („a guild of competencies“) is a young company established in 2003. We have teamed up the knowledge and experience in business, finance, education, training and counselling, international project development, management and networking. The core principle of our work is partnership. We possess the valuable experience in the project work which enables us to become a facilitator to start common actions between business, industry, education and training, public management professionals who believe their goal is the welfare of human.
What are we proud of
- We are experiencing a 100% success in project development for EU structural funds related to human resource development. 16 of 16 projects we have prepared for our clients received the funding after the 2 calls for applications
- We have implemented the applied research for Ministry of Economy of Lithuania regarding the recommendation for improvement of financial support for SMEs. We proceed in cooperation with Ministry of Economy.
- We have organised international mobility projects for professional in various fields:
